Refund policy

Processing and Shipping: Most work is made to order with a lead time between 3 days but and 2 weeks, depending on the item. Item will ship within 2 weeks.

Returns: If your jewelry arrives damaged or you are otherwise dissatisfied with your new purchase, you have 14 days to exchange it for an another item or return the item pending approval. Custom work is final sale.

Repairs: LSM will galdy repair your piece, should something happen to it within 6 mo of wear. Most repairs are done at courtesy but sometimes a small service charge between $30-$50 is necessary to replace gold or a precious pearl.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
