925 Sterling silver folded flying leaves, French hook and rhodochrosite droplets.

Rhodochrosite is Argentina’s nation gemstone. It has been a key source for rhodochrosite since the 13th century, when Incas worked the silver mines and created beautiful pieces with the stone. Rhodochrosite natural stone is often linked to reinforce love, benevolence, compassion and relationships with others. My guide at Awasi, Amelin, taught me to o touch it with my left hand so it’s energy travels to the heart.

These are hand-made with attention and intention by the designer in her Delray Beach, Fl studio.

"Angela Bulich's limited-edition jewelry collections are based on sculptural designs that interpret nature, art and travel. She is fascinated by "natural materials forged by time," says the artist. "Materials that were created through time, and so too continue to last". She uses traditional casting and metal forging techniques to create art-jewelry inspired by different places around the world. Her brand is called LSM, for leather stone and metal. These are her enduring materials of choice.

The LSM x Awasi Iguazu jewlery collection is dedicated to the jungles of the Atlantic Rainforest, where she was invited at Awasi Art Immersion @awasiexperience. She begins designing by collecting plant specimens directly from the jungle —the bending, shaping, composing the botanical elements as if assembling real jewlery. These botanical structures are to be used as design references and later interpreted in metal. In another technique she uses the exact branch, or plant to be directly casted as a silver metal replica. Its textures and shape immortalized as precious metal. The collection also features stones mindfully sourced directly from the local mines in Argentina, and uses responsibly sourced or recycled metals whenever possible. She created this collection as a homage to the magic and extraordinary biodiversity of jungle and hopes the collection is symbolic of all the natural treasures
